- Services are provided in accordance with the "Nederlandse Sleepbootconditiën 1951" (Dutch Towage Conditions 1951)
- If Arrival, departure or shifting is cancelled or postponed without notice being given at least one hour before services are due to
commence and/or tug(s) is (are) dismissed without being used, 50% of the tariff will be charged.
- Additional charges for towing "dead ship" : 50% surcharge is applicable
- A bunker surcharge is applicable as per separate table (see website Iskes Towage)
- Above rates will not apply in case of drift-ice, vessels broken loose form their moorings, assistance outside above mentioned area's and
other unforseen circumstances, in these cases special arrangements will have to be made.
