The following tariffs (in euros) are applicable as per January 1st, 2010:

Shifting
4.1) For shifting a vessel the following tariffs per vessel are applicable:
Within one hour of being ordered tariff 3 is due Between one hour and two hours after being ordered tariff 3 increased by 50% is due. More than two hours after being ordered tariff 3 increased by 100% is due .
4.2) For shifting a vessel along the quay of outer harbour 2 the following tariffs per vessel are applicable:
For ships with a length up to 225 m tariff 4.1. is due. For ships with a length of more than 225 m the following tariffs per vessel are applicable:
Within 2 hours of being ordered tariff 3 is due. More than 2 hours after being ordered tariff 3 increased by 50% is due.
Waiting/counter orders
5) If boatmen are present at the time ordered and counterorders are given, or if they have to wait for more than a half-hour, the following tariffs per vessel are applicable:

Communication by launch
6) For making a manned motor launch available for communication service, only for conveying people, the following tariffs are applicable:
€ 60.00 per hour (incl. 50% € 90.00 per hour).
For making a manned motor launch available for cargo service or towing service etc. the following tariffs are applicable:
€ 93.00 per hour (incl. 50% € 140.00 per hour).
For each additional man:
€ 45.00 per hour (incl. 50% € 68.00 per hour).
For assistance on board vessels, either for mooring or unmooring or shifting purposes, the following tariffs are applicable:
from 06.00 hours until 17.00 hours € 45.00 per man per hour
from 17.00 hours until 06.00 hours € 68.00 per man per hour
from Friday 18.00 hours until Monday 06.00 hours on holidays € 82.00 per man per hour
For assistance to vessels outside the pier heads (open sea), € 141.00 per man extra will be charged.
Time is counted from 1 hour before embarking on the vessel until 1 hour after disembarking from the vessel.
General conditions
Between Friday-evening 18.00 hours and Monday-morning 06.00 hours and official
holidays an extra allowance of 50% will be charged above the tariff for normal working
days.
olidays to count from 18.00 hours on the preceding day until 06.00 hours of the day
following the holiday.
Official holidays are :
New Year’s day, Easter Monday, Celebration of Queen’s Birthday, Ascension Day, Whit
Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and holidays announced by the government.
A part of an hour is considered to be a full hour.
For ships not using boatmen for unmooring in the outerharbours, of
IJmuiden, Velsen, Beverwijk or along the North Sea Canal, the tariff for mooring will be
increased by 100% of the basic tariff.
In case of ice : surcharge can be fixed in accordance with the O.R.A.M
In case of stormy weather, windforce over 8, and using a motorlaunch, listed under 2 will
be increased by 50%.
All our activities, offers and agreements are subject to the Dutch Boatmen’s
Conditions (N.B.C.) 2002 filed with the registry of the District-Court at of December 1992, and at the Chamber of Commerce on the 1st of Januari 2002 also in Haarlem.
