1-2 If a motor launch is requested or considered necessary, the basic tariff is increased by the following rates:
For a vessel with an overall length of

Over 100 m up to 124.99 m € 71,00
Over 125 m € 107,00
1-3 One motorlaunch is necessary when mooring a vessel with an overall length of over 175 meters. Two motorlaunches are necessary when mooring a vessel alongsite a floatingcraine with an overall length of from 145 meter and mooring a vessel with an overall length from 225 meters.
1-4 For mooring vessels with an overall length of over 145 meters on buoys and/or on dolphins which are standing completely in water and for mooring vessels with an overall length of over 145 meters alongside quay or jetty, whereby at the same time the use of buoys and/or dolphins which are standing completely in water is necessary, or which otherwise require extra work, basic tariff plus 1-2, will be increased by 50%
Waiting time
1-5 if boatmen are kept waiting for over 30 minutes after the agreed hour at which the services would have commenced, the following charges are due:

Countermanding
1-6 if services are cancelled within 30 minutes of the agreed hour at which, according to the order, the services would have commenced and the boatmen have already left their station, the following charges are due:

Miscellaneous rates
2-1 Communication by launch, per hour € 61,00
2-1a each additional man per hour € 46,00
2-2 In case materials and/or merchandise are transported € 154,00
2-3 Transportation of the pilot to or from a vessel lying amid stream whereas no mooring or unmooring services have been required, c.q. transportation of a pilot from a vessel lying amidstream, and the boatmen are kept waiting for more than half an hour after mooring service, the following charges are due € 61,00
A part of an hour will be considered as a full hour.
3-1 A surcharge of 50% on top of the valid rate is applicable for services rendered in weekends (between Friday 06.00 pm and Monday 06.00 am) and on public holidays (from the preceding day at 06.00 pm till 06.00 am on the day that follows on the public day).
Public holidays are considered to be: New Year's Day, Easter, Easter Monday, 30th April, Ascension Day, Whit Sunday, Whit Monday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day, and furthermore all holidays proclaimed by the government.
3-2 In case of ice: surcharge will be agreed upon in consultation with the ORAM.
3-3 A surcharge of 50% is applicable for ships shifting or breaking adrift during stormy weather (gale force 8 or over, according to the K.N.M.I. Royal Dutch Meteorological Institute).
